We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage product listings across multiple online marketplaces, including Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading products, optimizing listings, monitoring inventory, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless online presence for our brand.
Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, categories, and keywords for each listing.
Manage and monitor daily inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overselling.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatches and returns management.
Track and analyze performance metrics like traffic, sales, conversion rates, and rankings.
Handle daily operational tasks such as order processing, listing errors, and catalog issues.
Resolve listing-related issues in coordination with marketplace support teams.
Keep up-to-date with platform policies, best practices, and seasonal campaigns.
Plan and execute deals, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on performance and suggest areas of improvement.
