Job Title: E-commerce Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon and Flipkart Account Management: Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Advertisement and Lead Generation: Plan and manage advertising budgets for maximum ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), leveraging Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and other platforms.
- Listing Mapping and Catalogue Management: Optimize product listings with keyword-rich titles, accurate product information, and image compliance, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track key metrics like CTR (Click-Through Rate), conversion rate, return rate, and ratings, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Inventory Planning and Forecasting: Manage inventory levels, coordinating with warehouses to prevent stockouts and ensure timely dispatches.
- Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop and implement pricing strategies based on competitor analysis, promoting sales growth and profitability.
Required Skills:
- E-commerce Operations: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Digital Marketing: Proficiency in PPC, keyword bidding, and audience targeting, with experience in ad analytics tools.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on advertisement, lead generation, and account management on Amazon and Flipkart.
Salary Range:
- ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and company ¹
