We are looking for an eBay Account Manager to join our team at Assort Machine Tools Co. to help plan and execute online sales and marketing campaigns. This role involves managing our eBay store, optimizing product listings, handling customer queries, and growing our online presence. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000–₹25,000, along with strong growth opportunities in the field of e-commerce.
Manage and optimize the company’s eBay store and product listings
Plan and execute eBay promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, and product updates
Monitor performance metrics such as sales, views, conversion rate, and feedback
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive feedback ratings
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to improve listings and pricing strategy
Work on SEO for product titles, descriptions, and tags to boost visibility
Support branding efforts and manage eBay-related advertising campaigns
Utilize marketing and AI tools to enhance visibility and efficiency
Maintain consistency with the company’s brand image and customer service standards
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in managing eBay or other e-commerce platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of eBay seller policies, tools, and SEO strategies
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and AI-based listing tools
Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
