We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listing, content creation, marketplace management (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), digital marketing coordination, and performance tracking to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
Manage and update product listings across various marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, and pricing
Monitor marketplace performance and take action to improve rankings and conversions
Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal deals
Coordinate with marketing and design teams for product content, banners, and campaigns
Track and report KPIs like impressions, clicks, sales, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Handle customer queries, returns, and reviews professionally
Manage inventory, stock updates, and avoid listing errors or out-of-stock issues
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and seller portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.)
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing basics
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams
