• Reconciliation & Reporting:
  Handle financial reconciliation with marketplace portals – verify payouts, commissions, returns, and raise claims for discrepancies.

• Sales Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
  Generate daily/weekly sales reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve performance.

• Customer Service Support:
  Address customer queries, negative feedback, and returns promptly via seller panels.

• Campaigns & Promotions:
  Plan and implement deals, discounts, and seasonal campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.

• Marketplace Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to platform policies regarding content, packaging, invoicing, and returns.
