We are looking for a Public Relations & Customer Support Executive to join our team at Leading Bus Transportation Company to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement, and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000–₹22,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams

• Handle promotions, seminars, events, and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Attend industry events and represent the company professionally

• Support lead generation, and build the brand's image and awareness

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and respond to customer queries

• Create engaging presentations and assist with content planning

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Class X & XII (English-medium background) with 0–2 years of experience. The position requires strong English communication skills, basic knowledge of social media and presentation tools (MS PowerPoint / Canva), and a smart, confident personality. Knowledge of AI tools and a creative approach will be an added advantage.
