Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising and partnership strategies with corporate CSR teams, foundations, and government bodies
· Lead the preparation of compelling proposals, grant applications, and donor-specific presentations and communications
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with CSR leaders and donors, ensuring transparency, trust, and regular engagement
· Oversee reporting, compliance, and documentation to meet donor and statutory requirements
· Collaborate with internal teams (Programs, Finance, M&E) to ensure seamless project execution and reporting
· Identify and engage credible NGO partners for ground-level program delivery
· Represent Ecoex Foundation at CSR forums, sectoral events, and strategic roundtables
· Maintain and update donor databases, tracking opportunities and impact metrics
What We’re Looking For
· Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in CSR fundraising, donor engagement, or strategic partnerships
· Proven ability to write strong, outcome-oriented proposals and donor materials
· Solid understanding of CSR regulations under the Companies Act, Section 135 and corporate compliance norms
· Existing network within the CSR and philanthropic ecosystem is highly desirable
· Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/grant management platforms
· A collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across teams and external stakeholders
