Enchante Brands is a luggage and travel accessories multi brand in India known for its quality, durability, and stylish product range. We're expecting rapid growth in the modern trade segment and are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to join our front-line sales team.
🎯 Role Overview
As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of the brand at modern trade outlets such as Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Reliance Trends, and other large-format retail (LFR) stores. Your job is to drive sales, engage customers, and ensure excellent product visibility and merchandising.
🛍️ Key Responsibilities
· Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
· Demonstrate product features, materials, and USPs (durability, design, warranty, etc.)
· Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets assigned for the store
· Maintain attractive and compliant product displays at POS
· Coordinate with store staff for stock availability and reporting
· Provide daily sales reports and consumer feedback to supervisors
· Educate customers about new launches, promotions, and warranty policies
✅ Eligibility Criteria
· 1–3 years of experience in modern trade retail, electronics, fashion, luggage, or consumer durables preferred
· Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred
· Good communication skills (local language + Hindi or English)
· Presentable, enthusiastic, and customer-service focused
· Experience working in stores like Croma, Reliance, or Shopper’s Stop is an added advantage
· Comfortable with standing hours and working in shifts, including weekends and holidays
💰 Salary & Benefits
· Salary: ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month (depending on city & experience)
· Incentives: Attractive monthly performance bonuses – upto INR 10000
· Training: Induction and product knowledge sessions provided
