Job Overview:

We are looking forenthusiastic Promoters•• who can actively represent JR Welkin Solutions in public spaces, schools, tuition centers, and events to promote our educational programs and services. This is a field-based role ideal for someone with great communication and people skills.

Key Responsibilities:••

• Promote school admissions, student services, and education programs to parents and students in local areas.

• Visit schools, tuition centers, coaching classes, residential societies, and market areas for lead generation.

• Distribute flyers, brochures, and explain the services offered by Natkhat Play School & BEPIC After School (if applicable).

• Generate inquiries and collect basic lead details (name, contact number, interest).

• Guide interested parents/students to visit our center or attend demo sessions.

• Represent the company at local events, camps, or school fairs.

• Give daily/weekly updates to the admissions team or manager.

• Maintain a friendly and professional image of the brand in public.

Key Skills & Qualities:••

• Good communication skills (Hindi essential, English optional)

• Energetic, outgoing, and confident approach

• Comfortable working in the field and public interactions

• Basic record-keeping and WhatsApp handling

• Target-oriented mindset

• Trustworthy and punctual

Qualifications:••

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred

• Experience in promotion, fieldwork, or sales (preferred but not required)

• Local area knowledge is an advantage
