Objective: To ensure smooth, consistent, and quality-driven operations during the campaign through a standardized process order tracking, and performance monitoring. 1. Order & Delivery Criteria:- The minimum cart value for any order must be ₹500 for old customers and ₹350 for new customers. Deliveries will be scheduled for the next day following the date of order placement. 2. Promoter Deployment & Target:- Each promoter will have a daily target of 8 orders. A promoter is required to work a minimum of 20 days during the campaign period. Note: Promoters not fulfilling the 15-day requirement will not be eligible for payment. 3. Promoter Grooming & Attire:- Promoters must be well-groomed and dressed professionally. Mandatory uniform includes: - Branded T-shirt - Cap - Proper shoes 4. Promoter Selection Process:- Vendors must submit the following for each proposed promoter: - Self-introduction video - Recent photograph Promoters will be selected only after approval from our internal team based on the above submissions. 5. Performance Monitoring & Reviews:- Weekly review calls will be conducted by our team to evaluate the individual performance of promoters. Consistent underperformance may result in replacement or disqualification. 6. Order Reporting Protocol:- Each promoter is required to update order details daily in their assigned WhatsApp group. Promoter Training:- Weekly training sessions will be organized by our team to ensure promoters are well-informed about the product, process, and customer handling.
