Position: Back Office Marketing Executive (Female – Work From Home)
Location: WFH (1-day/week office reporting after training)
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Telemarketing / Digital Marketing / Dealer & Customer Follow-up)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)
Salary: Starting from ₹2.3 LPA (negotiable based on experience & knowledge)
Handle telemarketing activities including calling, lead generation & follow-up with customers and dealers.
Execute digital marketing activities (emails, social media, WhatsApp campaigns, etc.).
Track & manage high-value customers and dealer database for continuous engagement.
Follow-up with leads, enquiries & ensure timely responses to customers.
Support the marketing team in back-office operations, reporting & MIS.
Coordinate with sales/marketing managers for execution of campaigns and dealer communications.
Maintain professional communication & relationship with customers and partners.
✔ Strong communication & persuasion skills
✔ Telemarketing & customer follow-up experience
✔ Knowledge of digital marketing tools (emails, WhatsApp, social media)
✔ MS Office / Excel proficiency for reporting
✔ Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined in WFH setup
Training: Initial training at office (company address).
WFH: Permanent work-from-home with 1 day/week compulsory office reporting.
