Desired Profile We are looking for an enthusiastic Fresher Welder (ITI Pass) to join our

fabrication team. The candidate will assist in welding operations under

supervision, working on manufacturing and assembling components for

waste and water treatment equipment. Basic knowledge of MIG/TIG/Arc

welding, safety awareness, and willingness to learn on-the-job are

essential.

JOB Description Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in welding metal components using basic MIG/TIG/Arc

welding techniques under senior guidance.

• Learn to read and understand fabrication drawings.

• Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE during welding

tasks.

• Support the team in preparing materials and post-welding cleaning

work.

• Maintain welding tools and report any equipment issues.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of welding processes.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Physically fit to handle workshop tasks.

Salary Benefits:
