Job Title / Designation : Engineer (Welding Section).

Brief Description : We are seeking experienced Engineer for our Welding Section for our Gr Noida plant. This role requires coordination of Welding process as per Standards in the Automotive /Indian Railways industry.

Responsibilities:

·Preparing and approving NDT procedures for UT, PT, MT and VT.

·Define weld visual check with respect to applicable standard and acceptance level.

·Training related to weld visual, welding figure / symbol to team members.

· Conduct in-process Welding inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.

·Collaborate with Production & Quality teams to implement corrective actions for quality issues identified during inspections.

·Maintain accurate and detailed records of non-conformities and corrective actions taken.

·Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of quality issues in Welding section.

Qualification:  Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. CSWIP 3.1 Welding Certification is mandatory for this position.

Experience:

·         Should have 2+ experience in Welding Section

·         Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and quality control methodologies.

·         Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment for inspection during production.

·         Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
