About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Welder with hands-on expertise in the Sponge and Iron industry. The candidate should be skilled in welding techniques, equipment handling, and safety practices to support fabrication and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication work as per technical drawings and instructions.

• Carry out repair and maintenance of plant machinery and structures.

• Use various welding techniques such as Arc, MIG, and Gas welding as required.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards while working with heavy machinery and equipment.

• Inspect and test welded surfaces/structures for durability and quality.

• Maintain welding tools, machines, and equipment in proper condition.

• Work closely with the maintenance and production teams for smooth plant operations.

Requirements:

• Education: 10th Pass + ITI in Welding/Fabrication.

• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in the Sponge & Iron/Steel Industry.

• Good knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and safety practices.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.
