⏱ Working Details:

Work Duration: 8 Hours / 26 Days (In-hand salary basis)

Overtime: As per company norms (Single OT)

💰 Stipend & Benefits:

Stipend (ITI): ₹13,500 + ₹1,500 = ₹15,000/- per month

Attendance Award: ₹1,000 (based on 26 working days and performance)

Canteen: ₹14 per day

Medical & Uniform: Free Medical Benefits & Uniform provided by company
