The Sales and Supply Chain Manager's role is a dual function focused on maximizing revenue
while optimizing product fow and cost:
A. Sales & Revenue Generation
Own and achieve the Vertical's annual and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy, including channel management and pricing
policy.
Manage the CRM process and pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and lead conversion.
Oversee key client relationships (Key Account Management).
B. Supply Chain & Operations
Optimize the entire supply chain, focusing on minimizing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and
improving margin.
Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet sales demand while minimizing holding costs and
obsolescence risk.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and quality assurance.
Oversee logistics, warehousing, and timely Order Fulfllment to meet customer expectations.
C. Financial & Planning Alignment
Provide accurate, demand-driven Sales Forecasts to the Planning Manager for production
scheduling.
Collaborate with the Vertical Head and Finance team on budgetary control related to logistics
and procurement expenses.
