Experience: 5 to 6 years in Relevant Experience in Paper & Packaging industry

✅ The duties & responsibilities for the desired person are as follows:
1 Production Oversight
•Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to schedules.
•Assign tasks to operators and workers according to production plans and priorities.
•Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
2 Team Supervision and Coordination
•Lead and manage production staff, including operators, technicians, and line workers.
•Conduct shift meetings, delegate responsibilities, and ensure team adherence to work standards.
•Train new employees on production procedures, safety, and quality expectations.
3 Quality Assurance
•Ensure that all products meet quality specifications and industry standards.
•Conduct in-process inspections and collaborate with quality control teams to address non-conformities.
•Take corrective action in case of defects or deviations from quality norms.
4 Production Planning Support
•Assist in implementing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
•Coordinate with planning, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and components.
5 Health & Safety Compliance
•Enforce safety regulations and ensure that all team members follow safety procedures.
•Conduct regular safety audits and participate in incident investigations.
•Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
6 Process Improvement
•Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in workflow, equipment utilization, and labor allocation.
•Support lean manufacturing initiatives or continuous improvement programs.
7 Documentation and Reporting
•Maintain accurate records of production volumes, scrap, rework, machine downtime, and manpower utilization.
•Prepare and submit daily shift reports, incident reports, and production summaries.
8 Equipment and Resource Management
•Monitor the condition and performance of production equipment.
•Schedule routine maintenance and ensure optimal machine uptime.
•Manage raw material usage to minimize waste and cost.
9 Communication and Liaison
•Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, quality, HR, logistics) for smooth operations.
•Act as a communication bridge between upper management and shop floor teams.
10 Employee Performance and Discipline
•Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback or coaching.
•Address disciplinary issues and enforce company policies in the production area.
