We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at Trimurti Fragrances Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and guiding workers engaged in making snuff, zarda and other tobacco products

  Ensuring quality of products manufactured

• Guiding workers in cutting tobacco leaves, drying, roasting, grinding, dyeing, pounding and other operations

• Arranging for materials and ensuring proper utilization of men and equipment

• Training new entrants and maintaining prescribed records and registers

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Above 12th and 0.5 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
