Position: Store Incharge
Location: Haridwar
Experience: Minimum 4 Years (Manufacturing Industry Preferred)
Salary Range: ₹ 25,000 to ₹ 35,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience & skills)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Incharge to handle store operations at our Haridwar plant. The candidate must have hands-on experience in inventory management, knowledge of tools, spare parts, consumables, and other materials used in manufacturing industries. Basic computer knowledge along with Tally, MS Word, and MS Excel is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control complete store operations.

• Maintain accurate stock of tools, spare parts, consumables, raw materials, and finished goods.

• Daily entry of stock receipts and issues in Tally ERP.

• Preparation and maintenance of inventory reports on MS Excel.

• Coordination with purchase, production, maintenance, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.

• Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward materials with proper records.

• Periodic physical verification of stock and reconciliation.

• Maintain minimum stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and handling of materials as per SOP.

• Maintain store housekeeping and ensure safety compliance.

• Timely reporting to management regarding stock status and discrepancies if any.

Key Skills Required:

• Working knowledge of Tally ERP (Basic level).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management processes.

• Familiarity with tools, spare parts, and consumables used in manufacturing.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain proper records and documentation.

• Basic computer operation knowledge.

• Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.

• Diploma in Store Management / Material Management will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years in store management role in a manufacturing industry.

Preferred Industry Background:

• Rubber Industry / Tyre Molding / Auto Component / Engineering / Heavy Machinery / Manufacturing Industry.
