· Maintain record of items
· Issuing item as per requirements
· Manage inventory

· Issuing material timely.
· Conducting regular audits and inventory checks to minimize loss or theft.
· Coordinating with other departments (e.g., purchase & production) to ensure that inventory needs are met promptly.
· Reporting on consumption patterns, stock movement, or potential shortages.
· Ensuring the proper disposal of damaged stock according to company policies and regulations.
· Ensuring items are correctly labelled for easy identification and retrieval.
· Implementing first-in, first-out (FIFO) or other methods to prevent stock from becoming obsolete.
· Prepare necessary reports for future purpose.
