Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure targets are met.

• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies.

• Monitor machine and equipment performance; escalate issues for timely resolution.

• Train, guide, and motivate staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, output, shift reports, and incidents.

• Ensure proper handover between shifts to maintain operational continuity.

• Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with HR.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.

• Enforce hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards at the workplace.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
