The Service Executive will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing weighing scales, weighbridges, and other related equipment. This role requires hands-on technical skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot on-site or remotely.
Install and commission electronic weighing scales and weighbridges at client sites.
Provide on-site and off-site technical support and troubleshooting.
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs.
Respond to customer service requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team for timely service delivery.
Maintain service logs and prepare reports as required.
Educate customers on product usage and basic maintenance.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and follow-up.
Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in technical servicing (freshers can apply).
Basic understanding of electronics and hardware troubleshooting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
Fluency in Malayalam (speaking & writing) and Hindi (speaking) preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid license are an advantage.
Passion for electronics and hands-on fieldwork.
Experience in servicing POS machines, weighing scales, or industrial electronics is a plus.
Candidates from Coimbatore or nearby areas are preferred.
Immediate joiners are desirable.
