Provide technical guidance to TVS authorized service centers and dealers.
Support dealers in diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle issues.
Ensure all service activities follow TVS Motor’s standard operating procedures.
Conduct training for mechanics, service advisors, and technicians on new TVS models, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
Evaluate technician performance and recommend improvement plans.
Hands-on experience with BS6 vehicles, EFI systems, and latest TVS models.
Experience in dealer management and field service operations.
Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
