| Key Responsibilities

✔️ Sampling and testing of raw materials (PU foam, silicone, fiber)

✔️ In-process and final quality inspections

✔️ Documenting rejections and maintaining non-conformance logs

✔️ Operating & calibrating lab instruments (tensile testers, flammability, density meters)

✔️ Preparing reports and assisting with third-party inspections

✔️ Monitoring gas cylinder testing and LOT traceability

✔️ Raising indents for lab tools and consumables

| Candidate Requirements

📘 Diploma or B.Sc. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field

🧑‍🔬 2+ years of lab experience in manufacturing or quality assurance

💻 Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and documentation

🧠 Detail-oriented and accountable

🧤 Work Conditions

| Lab-based role in a manufacturing setup

| Must follow safety protocols and use PPE

| Coordination with shopfloor & QA teams
