Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the quality team and ensure daily inspection & testing of incoming, in-process, and final products.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality systems in line with ISO/TS standards.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for customer complaints and ensure corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain all quality-related documentation (inspection reports, rejection reports, calibration records, etc.).
Coordinate with production to reduce defects and improve first-pass yield.
Ensure regular calibration of measuring instruments and maintain records.
Lead internal quality audits and support external audits (customer audits, ISO audits).
Train and guide operators/workers on quality standards, work instructions, and visual inspection.
Communicate with customers regarding quality issues, feedback, and product approvals.
Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and minimize rework/rejection.
