Work Scope

Responsible for overall inspection activities related to quality at in-coming, in-process, final stages. Responsible for ensuring that quality plans & specifications are followed for all testing activities. Responsible to ensure that appropriate material identification and traceability as per production plan.

Responsible for prompt reporting to Q.A. Manager on rejections.

Responsible for ensuring that final products has passed through all defined tests.

Ensuring instruments being used are calibrated and with status of calibration.

Responsible for ensuring that instruments being used are calibrated and having valid calibration status.

To maintain all documents & records related to quality function.

Authorities

Authorized to fill Inward Inspection Report, Non Conformity Report, Predispatch Inspection Report, Heat Treatment Certificate for QC function.

Authorized for preparation Incoming & final inspection report of Raw Material, Forged Components. Authorized for preparation & approval of In-Process inspection report forgings.
