We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Sakegaonkar Innovative Technologies Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Require Quality Engineer Sheet Metal industry

1)Responsible for part setup Approvals.

2)Prepare Annual Layout Inspection Plan & Carry out Layout inspection as per Drawing

3)Maintaining rejection analysis report and PPM level to be Calculated monthly.

4)Analysis of monthly Internal Rejection / Rework & suggesting Corrective Actions.

5)Implementation of kaizens in work place

6) Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001 2015

HANDLING INSTRUMENT: Smart scope (VMM), sipcon smart scope, Trimos height Gauge, height gauge, profile projector, surface roughness tester, air gauge, bore gauge, Vernier caliper, micrometer, bevel protector, special gauge, measuring tape etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
