Job Role

• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure

compliance with established quality standards.

• Utilize various testing and measuring equipment to assess product characteristics and identify

deviations from specifications.

• Collaborate with production teams to monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify

areas for improvement.

• Implement and maintain process controls to enhance overall product quality and consistency.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality inspections and test results.

• Generate comprehensive reports detailing quality metrics, deviations, and corrective actions taken.

• Investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues and defects.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency and product

quality.

• In process quality check of product

• Final QC of finished product

• Managing Pre-Dispatch Report [PDR] as per Format

• Reports submission to seniors

• Strong Knowledge of 5S, ISO, 7QC tools, ZED, and TQM.

• Working Experience on Digital measurement tools like Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.

Salary

20K – 30K per month. However, salary would not be a constraint for good candidates
