Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect die casting processes and components to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).

• Conduct incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product audits.

• Analyze production data and perform root cause analysis for non-conformities using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA.

• Maintain and calibrate quality inspection tools and equipment (CMM, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

• Develop and maintain QC documentation such as control plans, inspection reports, PPAP, and SPC charts.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for process improvement and defect reduction.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented effectively.

• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.

• Train operators and technicians on quality standards and inspection procedures.

• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in the QC lab.
