Identify and investigate quality deviations and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain proper documentation of inspections, audits, and compliance reports.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to ensure continuous improvement in food safety and quality.
Conduct training sessions on food safety and hygiene for production staff.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
