Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Monitor production lines for consistency in quality, dimensions, and printing accuracy

• Maintain and update all quality-related reports, inspection checklists, and test results

• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with the production team to take corrective and preventive actions

• Ensure that packaging and labeling meet customer specifications before dispatch

• Support internal and external audits and maintain records as per ISO/QA standards

• Train factory staff on basic quality awareness and inspection techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality control within the corrugation or packaging industry

• Strong understanding of corrugated board specifications, testing methods, and quality parameters

• Knowledge of testing equipment like bursting strength tester, ECT tester, GSM tester, etc.

• Proficient in maintaining QA documentation and reports

• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Printing, Packaging, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

• Experience in ISO or quality system documentation will be an added advantage
