FOOD TECHNOLOGIST:
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize food product formulations and recipes
Conduct lab-scale and pilot-scale trials for new products
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000)
Perform sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies
Collaborate with packaging, procurement, and marketing teams
Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
Maintain documentation for product specifications and process improvements
Research emerging food trends, ingredients, and technologies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
2+ years of experience in food product development or quality assurance
Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing techniques
Familiarity with regulatory standards and certifications (HACCP, FSSAI, ISO)
Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Creativity in product innovation
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
