Job Summary:
Pause International is seeking an experienced Quality Control/Assurance Manager to oversee and ensure the highest quality standards in garment manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality systems, inspection protocols, compliance, and team leadership, with specific experience in woven and knitted apparel, jackets, and winter wear.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Planning:

Develop and implement quality control systems and SOPs.

Establish quality benchmarks aligned with buyer and internal standards.

Process Oversight:

Monitor the entire production process from fabric inspection, cutting, stitching, finishing to packing.

Ensure inline, mid-line, and final inspections are conducted as per protocol.

Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of quality checkers and supervisors.

Conduct regular training sessions to improve QA awareness and techniques.

Audit & Compliance:

Prepare for third-party audits (e.g., buyer audits, certification audits).

Ensure adherence to AQL standards and maintain all quality documentation.

Buyer Communication:

Liaise with merchandising and production teams to understand buyer requirements.

Handle buyer QC visits and provide solutions for any non-conformance issues.

Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain detailed inspection reports and analyze quality failures for root causes.

Initiate CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for recurring issues.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Diploma in Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing or related field.

3-5 years of experience in garment quality control (woven, knits, jackets, winter wear preferred).

Strong understanding of AQL levels, quality systems, and garment construction.

Familiarity with buyers like Myntra, Amazon, Landmark, DJT, etc., is a plus.

Good communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Proficient in MS Office, report writing, and data analysis.

Working Conditions:
Full-time, on-site position at the Noida factory.

6-day work week with occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Must be comfortable working on the factory floor and handling multiple production plans.
