Job Title: Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure our products and processes meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with solar industry quality standards.

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of solar products/modules.

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.

• Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product trials, tooling improvements, and process validation.

• Support internal and external quality audits.

• Ensure adherence to ISO, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

• Education: B.Tech in Electrical.

• Experience: 0–1 years in quality control/production within manufacturing (solar or electronics industry preferred). Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of quality tools, standards, and inspection techniques.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
