Prepare, maintain, and update the Control Plan for new and existing products/processes.

Conduct and compile Layout Inspection Reports as per customer specifications and drawing requirements.

Develop and manage Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) in line with project or customer expectations.

Ensure proper documentation of Process Documents (Pro Doc.) such as SOPs and specifications.

Participate in the creation and review of PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and DFMEA (Design FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Flow Charts for visual representation of manufacturing processes.

Draft and maintain Work Instructions (WI) to standardize operational tasks.

Control and document all 4M Change Notes (Man, Machine, Material, Method) and ensure traceability.

Maintain updated Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and manage version control.

Compile and report Test Reports and validation results for internal and customer use.

Support and document SIPOC (Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers) diagrams for high-level process mapping.

Manage storage and retrieval of Engineering Drawings and ensure alignment with production and quality records.

Work closely with quality, design, and production teams to ensure documentation is accurate and accessible during audits and inspections.
