We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our food production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring the quality and safety of food products in compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role involves conducting quality inspections, testing samples, identifying deviations, and recommending corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

• Perform laboratory testing of food samples for microbiological, chemical, and physical parameters.

• Monitor adherence to HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety standards.

• Analyze quality data and prepare reports to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.

• Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and compliance audits.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and data.

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.

• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in food safety and quality.
