Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collect rates/quotations from vendors as per material requirement.

• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) as directed.

• Assist the Purchase Manager in daily purchase coordination tasks.

• Maintain records of vendor quotations and PO status.

• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.

• Support in maintaining vendor database and rate contracts.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (preferred: B.Com/BBA).

• Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & email writing.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage records efficiently.
