🎯 Role Summary

Join India’s largest EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) provider, as a Production Trainee, and gain hands-on experience in assembling and inspecting advanced consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components on the production line

Perform basic Quality Checks (QC)

Follow instructions from production supervisors

Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety protocols

Work in rotational shifts; overtime may be required

⏱️ Working Schedule

Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night)

Duty Hours: 8 hours + 4 hours overtime

💰 Stipend & Earnings

Monthly Take Home (Based on Education):

10th / 12th: ₹11,404

Graduate: ₹12,401

ITI: ₹12,313

Diploma: ₹13,140

B.Tech: ₹13,437

Additional Earnings:

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,500/month (on full attendance)

Overtime Pay: ₹45/hour (10th/12th), ₹49/hour (ITI), ₹53/hour (Diploma)

Night Shift Allowance: ₹50/night (~₹1,650/month)

Total Earning Potential: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
