We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Trainee to join our production team. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, learn to operate equipment safely, and support the production team in achieving daily targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily production activities under the supervision of senior staff.

• Operate machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure the production area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Monitor materials and supplies used in the production process.

• Learn and follow quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met.

• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.

• Complete required documentation and production logs accurately and timely.

• Support team members in achieving production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment is a plus.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.

• Flexible to work in shifts (if required).
