Key Responsibilities:
• Sheet Fabrication: Lead and manage the process of sheet fabrication to meet quality standards and production timelines.
• Reading Technical Drawings: Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production processes.
o : Coordinate and plan production activities, including cutting, binding, bending, welding, milling, and tuning, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and equipment.
• Cutting: Operate and manage cutting tools and machines to shape materials according to design specifications.
• Binding and Bending: Oversee the binding and bending processes to create the required components and assemblies.
• Welding and Milling: Supervise welding and milling operations to fabricate high-quality parts that meet the required technical specifications.
• Tuning: Ensure that components are accurately tuned to achieve optimal function and performance.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of fabricated products, ensuring adherence to the standards and specifications set by the design and engineering team.
• Production Monitoring: Track production progress, adjust plans as necessary, and report any issues or delays to the management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and other production staff to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, or related field)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a production or manufacturing environment with hands-on experience in sheet fabrication and related activities.
