• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the die casting or metal manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of aluminum/zinc die casting processes, tooling, CNC machining, and finishing operations.

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Gantt charts).

• Understanding of GD&T, CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and engineering drawings.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.

• Experience working with OEM or Tier-1 automotive customers.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or manufacturing-specific platforms).

• Experience in handling international clients and export projects.
