We are looking for an experienced Plant Head (Mechanical ) to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of over all experience and will be responsible for managing end-to-end production, Machining, Sheet metal Experience, Stemping Industries Related Knowlage and Expert in Press shop Production Planning and other Quality & Maintenence related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, and monitor all daily plant activities to ensure smooth and efficient production, meeting targets and deadlines.

Production Process Oversight: Manage sheet metal operations including power pressing, shearing, Power Press brake, laser cutting, welding, and painting processes. This requires a deep technical understanding of manufacturing processes.

The role of a Plant Head in the sheet metal industry involves comprehensive oversight of all manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on production efficiency, quality control, safety compliance, and team leadership. This is a senior management position that balances technical expertise with strategic business acumen.
