Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Engineer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling production activities, optimizing processes for efficiency and cost, ensuring equipment reliability, maintaining product quality, and ensuring safety compliance on the shop floor. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular analysis of production data to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Scheduling:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing costs.
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate preventive maintenance; troubleshoot breakdowns to minimize downtime.Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications through regular inspections and corrective actions.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies on the shop floor.Work closely with design, quality, logistics, and procurement teams to align production goals and resolve any issues.Analyze production data (output, efficiency, downtime) and provide reports with actionable insights for improvement.Maintain accurate production records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment logs.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
