Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing and execution process for office interior projects. You will be responsible for ensuring timely production, quality control, vendor coordination, and smooth on-site execution aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise the production of modular office furniture and fit-outs

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams for seamless workflow

• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of materials and finishes

• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet design specifications and standards

• Manage vendors, fabricators, carpenters, and site labor effectively

• Ensure efficient resource utilization and minimize material wastage

• Oversee on-site installation and handle daily execution progress

• Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and project tracking

• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office interior or modular furniture production

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and factory/site operations

• Strong knowledge of raw materials, hardware, joinery techniques, and finishes

• Familiarity with BoQ, AutoCAD drawings, and technical specifications

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
