Job Title: Project Manager – EPC Projects

About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead EPC projects from sales handover to client delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of contact for clients, ensure project timelines, quality, and budgets are maintained, and coordinate across cross-functional teams including Design, Procurement, QA/QC, Dispatch, and Site Execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects end-to-end: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Act as client SPOC and ensure satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, QA/QC, and Site teams.
Maintain project trackers (design, procurement, execution) and escalate risks.
Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Maintain all project-related documentation and reports.
Conduct site visits and resolve issues as needed.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical.
5–8 years’ experience in EPC/Infrastructure/Construction project management.
Hands-on experience with MS Project/Primavera.
Strong communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of ISO, QA/QC, and HSE compliance.
