Job Description:

We are hiring ITI and Diploma freshers for our Production team. Candidates will be involved in operating machinery, maintaining production line efficiency, and ensuring quality output in a shop floor environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery as per instructions

• Perform assembly and inspection of components

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the workstation

• Support shift targets and production goals

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety norms

• Report any production or machine-related issues to the supervisor

Requirements:

• ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Welder, etc.) or Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, etc.)

• Freshers preferred

• Willing to work in rotational shifts

• Physically fit and comfortable with 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week

• Good learning attitude and ability to work in a team
