Key Responsibilities
🚚 Operations & Delivery Management
✅ Monitor incoming website orders and ensure timely processing & dispatch
✅ Coordinate with courier partners and logistics providers for pickups and deliveries
✅ Track delivery performance and resolve delayed, failed, or RTO shipments
✅ Maintain accurate order status updates across systems
✅ Handle fulfilment-related escalations and coordinate with relevant teams
✅ Maintain daily dispatch records and track key operational metrics
📦 Packaging Team Management
✅ Supervise and guide a team of 1–5 packaging associates
✅ Ensure packaging quality, accuracy, and consistency before dispatch
✅ Monitor packaging material inventory and raise replenishment requirements
✅ Maintain hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards on the floor
✅ Train new team members and support day-to-day performance management
🤝 Cross-Functional Coordination
✅ Collaborate with Customer Support, Inventory, and Procurement teams
✅ Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
✅ Support smooth execution of daily fulfilment activities
🎓 Requirements
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Warehouse, Fulfilment, or Logistics
✔️ Familiarity with order management systems and courier aggregator platforms
✔️ Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
✔️ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to manage a small team and work under daily operational pressure
✔️ Comfortable working on-site at Taloja
✔️ Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; basic English for reporting
