We are looking for a Mechanical draughtsman to join our team at Stepwise Consulting. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks

• Create new product designs and concepts for switchgear and automation systems

• Update and improve existing designs based on engineering feedback

• Prepare fabrication drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation

• Coordinate with R&D, production, and quality teams

• Ensure designs follow safety, manufacturing, and functional standards

• Conduct tolerance analysis and feasibility checks

• Support prototype development and continuous improvement activities

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
