Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Packing Supervisor to oversee and manage all

day-to-day packing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that packing targets are met with

accuracy, quality standards are maintained, and the team works in a disciplined and organized manner

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day packing activities and ensure timely execution of packing schedules.

Ensure daily targets are achieved with accuracy.

Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the packing process.

Enforce discipline, hygiene, and safety standards within the department.

Maintain inventory of packing materials and coordinate for timely requisitions.

Train and guide packing staff for skill enhancement and better productivity.

Prepare and maintain daily reports on packing progress, productivity, and issues.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Resolve operational issues and escalate problems to management when necessary

Skills:

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in packing supervision, preferably in a manufacturing.

Graduate or Diploma in any stream; technical background preferred.

Strong understanding of packing processes, quality control, and safety standards.

Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage and motivate a team under pressure.

Proficient in maintaining records and using basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word).

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
