ROLE TASKS - All Site Supervisors
Trainings: Understand Role; Policies, Applications, Material, Safety, equipment and the company.
Site Understanding and Coordination: Understand site and work; Coordinate with field and office co-ordinators
Site Responsibility: Site ownership about -Work, Safety, Material, equipment, labour and client’s interest.
Schedule follow up: Follow timelines for site progress till completion
Site Management: Oversee daily operations on the site or multiple sites inside city or outside city. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site policies.
Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and labour on-site. Ensure efficient use of resources to avoid delays. Manage, arrange and supervise labours, Assign tasks and monitor progress.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of all equipment.
Quality: Constantly inspect work to ensure it meets set processes and take immediate corrective actions
Contractual Site Inspection: Review subcontractor work ( if applicable ) for quality and adherence to specifications. Eg Painting / Material shifting
Reporting: Keep Track of site timelines and minimum three times reporting on site progress in a day through the given formats and Handovers if required.
Final Inspections and Handover: Prepare for final inspections and ensure all works are completed to specifications. Assist in the handover process to clients, including cleanliness and Testing.
